What You’ll Need (Just the Basics)

You don’t need expensive equipment — truly. Here’s a simple list:

1. A basic watercolour palette

Any affordable beginner palette will work.

You do not need professional paints for this journey.

2. One medium round brush

A size 6–10 round brush is perfect.

It makes circles, strokes and tiny details easily.

3. Watercolour paper (optional but recommended)

Even a basic student-grade pad will make the experience softer and smoother.

4. A jar of water + kitchen roll

Simple but essential.

5. A quiet moment for yourself

Just a few minutes. That’s enough.

If you only have cheap paper or a starter palette — that’s perfect. Bloom Into Calm is not about perfect results.

It’s about the soothing moment you create for yourself.

What to Expect from the 30 Days

Each day of January, I will share a tiny meditative watercolour practice across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Simple things like:
soft circles, calming washes, warm blends,
leaves, gentle gradients, dot meditation,
colour of the day, moons & mindful strokes.
