Digital Product Licence (Clipart & Downloads)

This licence applies to all digital products sold or provided by Bloomella, including watercolour clipart, illustrations, patterns, outlines, colour palettes, and printable downloads.

By purchasing or downloading a digital product, you agree to the following terms.

✔ Included: Personal Use Licence

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products are sold with a Personal Use Licence.

You MAY:

Use the artwork for personal projects

Print for personal use

Use as inspiration for learning and practice

Create handmade items for yourself (e.g. cards, journals, planners)

You may NOT:

Sell, share, or redistribute the files

Use the artwork in logos, branding, or products for sale

Upload files to websites, social media, or marketplaces as assets

Include artwork in digital products, templates, or print-on-demand items

Edit and resell the artwork in any form

✔ Commercial Use Licence (If Purchased)

If a Commercial Licence is offered and purchased, you MAY:

Use the artwork in finished end products for sale (e.g. invitations, cards, small business designs)

Use the artwork as part of a larger, original design

You may NOT (even with a commercial licence):

Resell or redistribute the artwork as standalone files

Use the artwork in clipart packs, templates, or design resources

Claim the artwork as your own

Use the artwork in trademarks, logos, or brand identities

Upload artwork to stock websites or print-on-demand platforms

Artwork must always be used as part of a flattened, finished design.

Strictly Prohibited

Sharing files with others

Reselling or gifting digital files

Using Bloomella artwork to train AI

Uploading to Canva templates, Creative Market, Etsy bundles, or similar

Claiming authorship of the artwork

Need Extended or Custom Licensing?

Extended commercial use

Print-on-demand rights

Large-scale production

Exclusive licensing
